Quick Macaroni Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup Macaroni (boiled)
1 & 1/2 cup Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
3/4 cup Peas (boiled & mashed)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp White pepper
2 tsp Chili sauce
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
2 Eggs (beaten)
Oil for frying
All purpose flour (for coating)
Bread crumbs (for coating)
Directions:
In a bowl add macaroni, potatoes, peas, salt, black pepper, white pepper, chili sauce, bread crumbs and mix everything well.
Make cutlets of your desire shape. Freeze for 2 hours.
Coat cutlet in flour, then dip in egg and then coat it well in bread crumbs.
Shallow fry until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce or chili garlic sauce.
Can be freeze in a zip lock bag for up to 3 weeks.
Preparation Time:25 minutes
Cooking Time:10-12 minutes
Serve:8-10 persons
