PALAK GOSHT RECIPIE

Ingredients:
1/2 kg Mutton
Water 3 cups
1/2 kg Spinach
1 Pao Fenugreek
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup Onion
1 cup Tomatoes
5-6 Green chilies
2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Roasted crushed cumin
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
2-3 tbsp Cream
1/4 tsp garam masala
Directions:
-In a pot add mutton and water, cook until it gets tender. (Add water if required)
-In another pot add spinach, fenugreek and 3-4 green chilies, simmer for 08-10 minutes, remove the lid and blend it well. Keep it aside.
-In a pan heat oil, add onion & ginger garlic paste, sauté for 2 minutes.
-Add tomatoes & cook for 2 more minutes.
-Add red chili powder, coriander powder, roaster crushed cumin, salt, turmeric and 2 green chilies and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add mutton with broth, cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.
-Add spinach mixture, mix it well. Cover the lid and cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium high flame.
-Add cream, garam masala, mix it well.
-Garnish it with green chilies.
Preparation Time:15 minutes
Cooking Time:1-1:15 hours
Serve:5-6 persons
