Mango Chutney

Ingredients for Mango/Keri Chutney:
½ KG Keri’s/Ripped Mangoes (Sliced)
1 Cup Water
½ KG Sugar
1 Tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tsp Black Salt
½ Tsp Roasted Cumin
½ Tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
½ Tsp Red Pepper (Crushed)
1 Tsp Nigella Seeds
½ Tsp Red Chili Powder
½ Cup Vinegar
Directions:
1. Cut the Keri’s/Ripped mangoes into small slices
2. Add water & Keri’s in a cooking pot, then cook for 10 minutes with medium flame
3. Then add sugar, ginger powder, cook for 10-12 minutes
4. Now add black salt, roasted cumin, crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, nigella seeds, red chili powder, cook again for 20 minutes by adding vinegar
5. Keri/Mango Chutney is ready
6. Serve it with paratha/Fried Naan
