Kofta Chana Recipe

Ingredients:
300g Chickpeas (boiled)
400g K&N’s Kofta
1/2 cup Tomato puree
1&1/2 cup medium Onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 green Chili (finely chopped)
2 Tsp Red chili powder
1/2 Tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seed
1 tsp cumin powder
1&1/2 Tsp coriander powder
1/2 cup Yogurt
3-4 Tbsp Yogurt
Direction:
1- To make gravy, heat oil in a skillet and add cumin seed, ginger garlic paste, saute it, add onion and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
2- Add tomato puree and cook for 2 more minutes. Now add salt, red chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, some water (if needed) mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes
3- masala is somewhat ready, now add green chili, yogurt and cook it for 2 minutes
4- Add the boiled chickpeas and 1 cup of hot water. Let it cook for 6-8 minutes on medium low heat.
5- Prepare the K&N’s Kofta as per the instruction on the pack.
6- Put the prepared K&N’s Kofta in the pan and let it cook for 3-4 minutes on medium low flame
7- to have a perfect taste, garnish with fresh coriander.
Server hot with Naan or Roti.
