FRY FISH



INGREDIENTS

Fish fillet½ kg
Garlic paste1 tbsp
Lemon juice2 tbsp
Rice flour125 gm
Egg1
Crushed cumin seeds1 tsp
All spice powder½ tsp
Turmeric1 tsp
Crushed red pepper1 tsp
Saltto taste
Oilfor fry

METHOD

Cut ½ kg fish into small cubes and put in a bowl.
Marinate with 1 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp crushed cumin, ½ tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and salt to taste.
Lastly add 1 egg and 125 gm rice flour. Coat very well and then deep fry till golden brown. Your yummy crispy fried fish recipe is ready to serve.
