 Chicken Spring Roll




Ingredients 

Chicken Boneless 400g

Oil 3 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp

Onions 25g

Cabbage 50g

Capsicum 25g

Carrots 50g

Salt (as required)

Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Vinegar 1 ½ tbsp

Black Pepper powder 1 tsp

White pepper powder 1 tsp

Sugar 1 ½ tbsp

Green coriander (chopped) 5g

Green onions 5g

Oregano powder ½ tsp

Egg 1 piece


Method
 


In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste and chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes then add onion, cabbage, capsicum, carrot, salt, soy sauce, Vinegar, Black Pepper powder, White pepper powder and sugar and cook for 5-7 minutes then add green coriander (chopped), green onions and oregano powder.

 Roll masala is ready. Double the roll strip and fill it with masala and close the roll strip with egg. 

Now take oil in a pot and deep fry the roll till it gets lite brown.
